Official parameters
Statutory deduction rates and sources
The calculators apply published employee rates for CNS health insurance, pension contributions and the employment fund surcharge. Rates are reviewed against official Luxembourg publications and the tax year is shown on every result.
Health insurance (CNS): the employee rate is applied to gross salary up to the contribution ceiling set for the tax year.
Pension and employment fund: the employee rates and any surcharge are applied as published by the Luxembourg authorities.
Sources: Administration des contributions directes, Centre commun de la sécurité sociale and the Luxembourg legislation portal (legilux.public.lu).
All results are estimates. Confirm figures against official guidance before relying on them.
